1. Introduction

Welcome to BoardVala. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Customization

BoardVala manufactures customized name plates and signage products based on customer specifications.

• Customers may personalize existing designs or upload their own artwork.
• Uploaded images or artwork should be clear, high-resolution, and suitable for printing.
• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any uploaded images, logos, trademarks, or artwork.
• BoardVala shall not be responsible for copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

3. Orders & Production

• Orders are processed only after successful payment.
• Customers may modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Pricing

Product prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout will be considered the final price for your order.

5. Payments

• BoardVala accepts online payments only.
• Manufacturing begins only after successful payment verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates. While we strive to dispatch every order on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Since every product is manufactured specifically for each customer, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

Damaged or defective products will be handled according to our Return & Cancellation Policy.

8. Warranty

BoardVala does not provide any warranty or guarantee on customized products after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

BoardVala's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amravati, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

BoardVala reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
